I have been using streamline.net for two years and host several domains with them. My experience has been poor to say the very least. Email and ftp servers tend to go down on a weekly basis and support tickets are answered after a two or three day rest. The worst performance is the sql servers which are painfully slow, time out frequently and massively reduce the ability to run a useful database driven site.
Domains are automatically renewed without any prior notice and your entire account will be suspended unless you settle the bill, even if you have no need for old hosting accounts. The cutomer services manager is a nasty piece of work. I asked if I could speak to someone who could waive a £100 charge for an unwanted domain they billed me for (and contacted them on the day the invoice came in, the first time they had communicated the charge) - he commented 'I have the power to waive the charge, but I don't want to'.
With these individuals running the company, would you want to host your site with them?
