😠 Possible fraud company. Don't use them!
Had a few domains with them and after cancelling an account they hit you with their seemingly illegal terms and conditions and you have to pay to cancel even if you have been with them for many years.

All the comments I read, I can sign with my sweat from receiving ridiculous invoices and threats from their Inkasso office in Austria. In the mean-time I saw all the German websites warning about innter.net and describing same experience. Most of them said, do not communicated with them, ignore all bills they send (and they do get astronomically high, like doubling every 2 weeks), ignore the threats that they will bring you to court, try staying calm and do not be afraid.........eventually they will stop - unfortunately still making enough money with the poor ones who pay after being threatened with legal actions...........I did not pay and yes, afer about 4 months, they did stop. DO NOT PAY - STAY CALM. FROM THE GERMAN WEB-SITES REFERRING TO THEM, I UNDERSTAND THAT THEY HAVE NO LEGAL GROUNDS.

I am fighting to cancell all services from Innter.net already for 3 years. Should admit, that I never used any, because my domainname already from beginning was registered under united-domains.com, but innter.net is so poor company, that they are cheating and asking money from client even if there is no possibility from they`r side to ensure a service. And they are so poor that already 3 years they are not accepting my cancellation request. Already now - in the place of Cancellation request, I got a new bill. I am a person with a good will, but this is to much!

So, you see a lot of posts here claiming what great company this is claimed to be. Dead certain, they were paid to make that claim. The others reviewers just lie. Fact is, and verifiable, so you can check it:
1. You cannot get in touch with this company in any way. All phone numbers you find are wrong or disconnected. Emails to support are returned with a plain automatic respons, they couldn't be handled for "security reasons". One should use the control panel. We have tried that, in fact for five years, now, and never received one single response.
2. The only response we ever got from anyone was when we signed a contract with them initially and in that contract there was something that didn't seem right. We couldn't change the admin contact. So we striked it out. Afterwards we got a response fax that we should resubmit without the paragraph strikken out. Again, the phone numbers were wrong and one couldn't call anyone.

Requiring fees for closing your account the end of contract (!) , 29 Euros for handing out information in order to move your domain to a different registrar is not ok. (fees not displayed in TOS)
Service is fast, but unfriendly, never give names, even on request.

I think it was mentioned in a preivous review, but I fully agree, these greek cowboys are small town crooks.
While attempting to transfer my domain, they put my domain in redemption status while I paid for services. That is like getting evicted whilst having paid rent.
If I knew a way to take them out of business I would. There are no ethics, and such business operations undermine the integrity of the internet as a whole. Imagine if this was the way whole world was? It is like Mad Maxx Road Warrior Cyber world.
Frankly I am disappointed also in the regulating agencies surrounding this company because they should not be allowed to be in business - - How is that even possible, I ask myself...

😠 I bought a two-year domain package with Innter.net about five years ago. When the two-year period was up, I didn't need the domain any more, so I filled in the cancellation form they provide on their website and sent it to them. They cancelled the domain. Fine. A few weeks later, I got an email from them telling me that, although I had cancelled the domain, I had not cancelled my contract with them, because that required a different form. They referred me to that form: it was the same form I had already filled in. I filled it in again and sent it off. They billed me for another year, saying I had not cancelled the contract in time.
After an irate exchange of emails, I (stupidly) paid the extra year and thought that was that - they had the cancellation now, and surely in plenty of time for next year! I forgot all about it.
A year later, back they came and accused me of failing to pay the bill for the next year. I ignored this. Only at this point did I start to read around online [read more...]

After the paying I got access to their very basic domain control panel, but it seemed to be enough.
The problems began when I tried to terminate my account with them. Their support website was down for a long period and there was no possible way to contact them!

😠 We recently aquired some domains that were hosted with innter.net. I can honestly say I've never dealt with a worse company.
To start with, I received some bills through that totalled up to about 300EUR, I can understand that some international domains can be expensive so I put up with that and paid it. The invoices kept coming though will bills to be paid that were 60EUR for random 'Domain Service' etc.
I queried the account and ended up getting a charge for 25 euros getting added to my account for them to send me a postal statement. An email would have been sufficient!
I then got another bill through:

😠 I purchased my business .hk domain from this company just over a year ago. I have tried to cancel the domain name a number of times via their control panel. The issue is that the control panel doesn't accept my login and there is no way to retreive my login details, in fact the button you click to get help with login goes to a few lines telling you to enter your user name and pass word! Yes I know that already!!! You can't even ask them to send your details.
I have had what they call a proformer invoice demanding payment for the domain that I do not wish to own that I have tried to cancel. Quite frankly as my contract was entered into in the UK they can come and take me to court here, I doubt if the UK court will look very favourably on thier business accumen, especially as I have been unable to cancel a domain I no longer want.
They have deactivated the domain so as far as I am concerned I didn't request it to be renewed, they don't supply an e-mail contact address and their [read more...]

😠 Absolutly terrible! We placed any order for one small business server and 2 domain names to be hosted in the server. The first confirmation email they sent did not work so we had to resubmit the order. Innter have jsut forced us to pay for this transaction twice. WE had no choice to but pay this as they deactivated our server until we made the payement meaning that both sites which were fully up and running and used as online shops could not trade. They do not use common sense, they have no idea of proffessionism and incredibly rude to deal with. If you want to speak to them over the phone, it costs 149 euros for a yearly subscription. What the hell is going on!

😠 I used innter.net's Economy Micro plan. I am extremely dissatisfied with their support, their features, their service, and their price. The reason why I stayed so long with them was that I didn't use to do much with my website. Recently I became more active and this is when I found out that innter.net is really a very bad company. The customer service is incompetent and very rude. They do not even give their name (even when you ask for it), so you don't even know who you are talking to and whom to complain about. They are quite expensive, because for very minimal features they charge you 24.00 EUR/year for domain service and then on top of that 11.88 EUR/year for the operation or your website (and I'm talking about their most basic plan "Economy Micro"). And for this amount they won't even let you set .htaccess files. I really wonder why they still have any customers and are still in business!
