I wasn't paid to vouch for this company as seem the other reviewers
So, you see a lot of posts here claiming what great company this is claimed to be. Dead certain, they were paid to make that claim. The others reviewers just lie. Fact is, and verifiable, so you can check it:
1. You cannot get in touch with this company in any way. All phone numbers you find are wrong or disconnected. Emails to support are returned with a plain automatic respons, they couldn't be handled for "security reasons". One should use the control panel. We have tried that, in fact for five years, now, and never received one single response.
2. The only response we ever got from anyone was when we signed a contract with them initially and in that contract there was something that didn't seem right. We couldn't change the admin contact. So we striked it out. Afterwards we got a response fax that we should resubmit without the paragraph strikken out. Again, the phone numbers were wrong and one couldn't call anyone.
3. The BEST EVER: We had a running contract and had our bills paid for months, when our company finally opened the other branch. The other branch accidentally bought the same domain in another country with a legit DNS hoster and was able to buy it!! So, inter not only was completely unavailable but had charged us for months for something they had never delivered or properly reserved.
4. And to top it all, they now threaten us with legal action! Either they got too much sun in cyprus or are just plain retarded. It's not a company, it's degenerate monkeys claiming to run a company, and that's an offense against monkeys.
So, as you can also verify on numerous review sites, innter.net is a total fraud as have others experienced before. If you bought something from them, try and see if you can buy it somewhere else, you probably gonna succeed which you shouldn't. Stay away, if you didn't so far, get away.
