Do yourself a big favour - find a different place to search, register or host a domain, dont use this bunch for anything - you have been warned!!!!
Ten reasons why not:
1. You think you have registered a domain with them, you haven't!
2. They tell you it wasn't successful for some bogus reason.
3. They wont refund your money.
4. They hit you with hosting fees for a domain you don't have.
5. They get rude and quote contract clauses if you complain or request refund.
6. They offer you a pdf cancellation template that doesnt work and a fax number that isnt acknowledged.
7. Ten months later they bill you another year for the domain you never had, server charges you have never used, all for double the price.
8. They are impossible to contact in any normal way (look for an e-mail or phone number on the site - you won't find one).
9. They eventually hit you with an extraordinary contract cancellation clause and bill you for another 149 euros
10. They cancel your login and cut you loose...
Basically - JUST RUN LIKE HELL TO ANY OTHER REGISTRAR - NOW!!!
