I have hosted my funeral parlour cemetery website on iclickster.com host for many years.. more than 5 years actually without any problems.. 3 days ago it went down and I have no idea who to contact.. Cheap rubbish and clueless support. Crappy Heart Internet Resellers. Anyone who says in the posts here that iClickster are the best host they ever had is either a plant or just as clueless as their webhosts.

And anyone who claims to be a webdesigner and use iClickster is not someone that I would give my business to.

😠 Are these clows still in business?
I can't believe they are still in business. They are the worst bunch of chancers you will come across in the hosting game. All these reviews are begged from friends and their little scyophant Facebook page.

Last time I was here to warn people about them they replied with the same lame excuse and told me they knew who I was and that they had refunded me. They provided a half-assed copy and paste of the ip address they said was left on this website by me...

You know what? They were wrong, wrong and wrong again on every level. Wrong guy, no refund and completely wrong ip and part of the country.

Do you really want these guys handling your webhosting?
If you do then you are not serious about your business at all - especially as it is a crappy Heart Internet cast-off you are getting.

iClickster is probably the best hosting company i have ever hosted with - when my paypal was acting up, they still allowed me to sign up, and pay later because of my unique situation, and i ended up paying 3 months later! I dont think any hosting company is this flexible with payments in such a way.

No problems with website speed, downtime and email responses from support. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to start a website.

iClickster.com hacked my email and Paypal account between the hours of 8-10pm on Sunday 14th July 2013, and attempted fraud to the value of £2358.36. I have reported this company to their service providers, the met police, trading standards, Paypal and my credit card company who are all currently investigating them for fraud. Their fake 4 and 5* reviews are all written by iclickster staff. iclickster is a operated by Selman Ijaz who is a sole trader and reseller of HeartInternet.co.uk hosting and domain services. Iclickster use the HeartInternet.co.uk reseller service to commit fraud on customer accounts. DONT EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE HACKERS AND FRAUDSTERS.

As a web designer, i am very strict on giving positive reviews to companies, and really do not like giving full stars. That said, these guys are one of the very few that have inclined me to write a positive review for them, so this should state something about their level of service and value for money.

i have 46 websites hosted with them, on the yearly plans, and dont even have to login to my hosting to manage it. Setup was instant which is what i needed as a web designer.

The only bad thing i would say is that they should label the control panel the same way as the other control panels - but its easy enough to use and has all the features one can ever need.

I have been with iClickster for several years now, and am so glad I am with them. I dont normally write reviews but this time I felt i had to because their service is simply outstanding.

i ordered a hosting plan where my web designer left me half-way, and i couldnt continue with my project. I emailed iclickster for a refund and was refunded within 10 minutes of sending them email. i then proceeded to order their SSL certificate for my ecommerce project, and they set it up within minutes even tho it says it will take 24 hours to fully setup the SSL.

Other posters have made valid points about you placing false reviews for yourself here...which is clear for all to see...but you have nothing to say about that. Instead you try to ignore it and blame some single rogue ex-customer.

😠 Hey I smell BS here. I find it hard to see why this guy that you claim is responsible for leaving all the bad reviews on here would do that.
I have read most of the posts here and I can't see why this Memphisguy fella would have left a bad review three months before he claims you cut his hosting.

Someone left a post (angryperson - Sept 15th) making some pretty strong accusations. Yet Memphisartguy posted on the 26th Dec saying, "No Refund was offered, and I was not informed before they disabled my domains. Also doing this around *christmas time* is pretty low."

So iClickster...why would this guy post in Sept if he still had hosting with you three months later??

You want everyone to think that every bad comment here is from that one same guy? Yet its obvious that you try to bury bad posts with your own false pos posts.

I know I will never use iClickster again. The truth is your hosting sucks, your cp sucks and most of all your customer support sucks.

Eh!...No! Completely wrong in so many counts.

It looks like you can't keep track of your unhappy customers and have very little idea of how to track IP addresses.

The only bogus reviews on here are the ones you added yourself before you were rumbled and sent the call out to existing customers to come here and try to save your ass.

Anyone can see this for themselves by reading the posts and looking at the email addresses and usernames you used.

It seems that you have a lot of unhappy people out there.

I purchased the yearly plan first, but realized the unlimited domain plan was a better deal so i asked for a refund and got that right away, and then i switched to the other plan.

the only time i emailed support was at 2 in the morning and got a response in 10 minutes. which was refreshing.

😠 I find this all a bit strange too. There seems to be a lot of conflicting opinions here. iClickster are great, iClickster are terrible.

I discontinued my service with them a long time ago because they wouldn't respond to my requests for refund. Seems other people here have had that same experience.

I also agree that there are an awful lot of suspicious looking positive reviews here.

Elliot M. - You have left 2 glowing reviews just a couple of days apart. Are you for real? I think not!!

I agree that the vast majority of legit reviews on this site are the negative ones.

Look at it this way. If you go to Hostgator or Bluehost for opinions, you will always see very good and very bad reviews...but the majority are somewhere in between.

The same goes for if you are looking for a smaller webhosting compay...say for instance, StableHost or HawkHost. You will find most people rate somewhere in between. Very seldom do you see so many five star, glowing reviews...especially [read more...]

😠 You are right. Terrible service! They are well known for peppering the net with fake reviews of how fantastic their hosting is. My experience is that they are anything but!!

Really, think about it...how many people leave 5 star ratings for their hosting. There is always going to be something that an honest reviewer is going to mark down...even slightly. I never believe gushing over the top reviews for anything.

And you are right about the names of the people leaving those (fake) reviews. It does look very suspicious. I also saw another one below the ones you mentioned.

And as for Ms Kelly Anderson. Well the often missing "customer support" is called Kelly Anderson.

As you can see, they are not afraid to leave false reviews to try to get you to spend your money with them. Do you really want to trust people like that? Once you send them your money, they will lose interest in you staright away.

i have been with iclickster for about 8 months using their monthly unlimited domain plan, and have been pleasantly surprised with their fast support team who are very helpful.

I like their control panel which is easier to use and easy on the eyes. I have about 4 websites hosted with them, all which never had any downtime problems since I started hosting.

What more can I say? There are no downsides from my experience, and hopefully it will stay this way.

i am a photographer and at first had trouble with their control panel as its different to what i am used to. quickly got used to that and bought the wrong hosting plan.. i asked for a refund and they instantly gave me a refund which i was very happy about and purchased the cheaper plan.

they only had a monthly plan which was cheapest but i wanted to pay yearly so i emailed them and even though they dont offer it on their website, they arranged a way for me to pay them yearly without any hassle.

best thing about them is they let you host linux and windows at the same package. i dont know other hosts that do that and its very useful if you are a web designer to be able to use multi-features like this.

I found iclickster whilst looking for WordPress hosting, and saw their ratings were pretty high on Facebook, twitter and some forums, so i decided to give them a try and couldnt believe i havent heard of them before this!

control panel is different to what i was used to but i adjusted fast so it wasnt a big deal

Now all my relatives who have photography or wordpress based sites, are all using iClickster and so far, none have had any problems with them - fast polite support, and fast servers that are always working smoothly.

Probably the best host I have come across... I rated one less star for control panel as it tool time to get used to this control panel after being used to cpanel for most of my time online.....but it only took me a few days to get used to, and I am not even a professional web designer so I have a slower learning curve.

I emailed for support and only one time they responded a little slower.... but that was at 3am when I emailed, so I did expect a slower response, but just now I had to resolve a major scripting issue on my website, and their support team resolved it within 15 minutes, something my hired web programmer couldnt fix (and it was something he should have been able to fix, as i was a programming error).

Glad I bought my hosting from these guys.

If you are looking for a great host to host your blog or ecommerce website, then these are the guys.

I have been hosting with them for just over 6 months and am more than satisfied with the service, the prices and the overall server performance. My previous host used to be slow, and sometimes there scripting disabled our website.

But as soon as I shifted to iClickster, everything is going smooth and steady, and even though my website has a lot more traffic, i have yet to experience any downtime till this day.

I use their unlimited domains plan, and also have a dedicated server with them which they setup in 15 minutes. They saved me a ton of money and time, you would be silly not to be with them.

I have been with iClickster for several years now, and am so glad I am with them. I dont normally write reviews but this time I felt i had to because their service is simply outstanding.

i ordered a hosting plan where my web designer left me half-way, and i couldnt continue with my project. I emailed iclickster for a refund and was refunded within 10 minutes of sending them email. i then proceeded to order their SSL certificate for my ecommerce project, and they set it up within minutes even tho it says it will take 24 hours to fully setup the SSL.

😠 Absolutely terrible service. I can't be bothered telling the full story here right now. I will save it for when I have more time. All I will say is avoid them like the plague.
Why?
They ignore your e-mails if you ask for a refund. They ignore their own support ticket system if you ask for a refund....but if you contact them on another e-mail address pretending to be a prospective customer - surprise, surprise they can reply in a few minutes!

When you confront them about it, they claim that you have been rude and abusive with their staff (complete BS- I was exactly the opposite) and then they try to claim that you have asked for a refund outwith the permited period.

More BS...the time limit only passed because they wouldn't reply to my requests or support tickets.

Then to add insult to injury, they point blank refused to give me a refund and close my hosting account leaving me with no service and no refund.

I submitted a help ticket today about my domains not being reachable. I host 3 domains with iclickster that I purchased from three ebay accutions for 5 years hosting plans back in 2008. They have informed me that they wish not to honor my contract and that I should find another plan or another hoster.

No Refund was offered, and I was not informed before they disabled my domains. Also doing this around christmas time is pretty low.

I was recommended iClickster by a friend who was already on it - I have never been happier! Fast Customer response time, a choice between Linux and Windows servers, and very fast server running as well as server uptime - with all the extra features you normally pay for with other hosting companies.

If you're with iClickster, either as a business or personal purpose, I would never worry in terms of their performance.

Support response time: Very fast! Cannot fault it. I signed up, has a question, emailed them, and they responded within 5 minutes! This was at 3am UK time.

Server uptime: ever since I have been with them (just over three years), I have never had my site down, so for me, the uptime is 100%.

I like there control panel its easy to use - I'm surprised that iClickster hasn't managed to shutdown idiots like Godaddy.

I have been with iClickster for a while now - altho my domain name was purchased from godaddy, the hosting is from iClickster - and i have no words to express how satisfied I am with their hosting services.

I have not yet needed to email for support and its been this long! The only email i sent support was asking for nameserver details and they responded within 10 minutes of me asking at 4am in the morning!!

Looking at there facebook reviews really shows what people really think of iClickster - and I will be leaving a review there too.

😁 I normally dont do reviews but have been so satisfied with the service i received that I think they deserve to be applauded.

Servers: Uptime is good infact i have not seen any downtime since joining them. server speed is fast never had a speed issue

Customer Support: response time is great. I normally like to call rather than email, but with iclickster i dont mind having to email as they respond well in case of emergencies (i haven't had emergencies other than couldnt setup my email, which they helped me through)

Id also like to point out that they stick to their word of refunds.... i bought a 5th hosting package from them which i wanted to cancel as i felt i needed to focus on my older projects, they refunded with no questions asked! This is a great indicator that i can trust them as they dont like holding on to money. for example it took me 3 months to get money back from a mobile service provider for something i canceled...

😉 After getting sick of dealing with my previous webhost (godaddy), i searched for alternatives and found iClickster, read reviews and was a little hesitant to buy as 1 of the negative review scared me, but I thought i'd experiment and see what happens.

RESULT: iClickster has been the best web hosting company I have used so far and i am SO GLAD that i took the risk to buy from a completly new host. They have yet to cause me any problems and have the best support team.

They have actually outperformed as far as server performance and uptime is concerned. I have yet to experienced downtime with them (fingers crossed).

Support is friendly and very enthusiastic in helping - response usually takes a few minutes at most. Sometimes 30mins max!

Features are great as they have dozens of one-click installation scripts you can use on your website, including wordpress and other CMS systems, as well as statistics tools to see how much web traffic your getting to your site.

😁 When I first saw all the glowing deals at iClickster's homepage my initial thought was "this can't be true! - this kind of service/deal doesn't exist in the internet world, unless its a scam"

Today, however, I am extremely pleased to say: "I was proved wrong." at 16:24 I raised a support ticket. At 16:30 I received a reply from a real live person, asking for more details. I responded at 16:35 with the details and at 16:50 I received a reply and my problem was resolved!

Just 26 minutes later. How much do I spend with these guys to warrant this level of service? Less than £10 per YEAR (I have the 2 year package)! Amazing.

Servers are fast and everything you can ask for in a host. 😃 I am currently on the 1 year unlimited hosting plan. Setup was instant as advertised on their website. Needed some help with setting up my website so I contacted support and they responded after 10mins, which was helpful, seeing that im not a technical person, i got my site up and running in just 2 hours with their help!

I have been with them now for almost one year, and I will be looking to buy more hosting packages since I have more projects coming up

Their servers are pretty fast compared to my last host which couldnt even host a simply html page properly. Uptime has been great, I cant remember if my site ever went down - gotta be a good thing.

😁 I have been with iClickster for at least 3 years and they have been so great I reccomended all my friends (programmers and web designers to use them).

Support: Fast responses even at 3am! I really have never been pleased with a web hosting company.

Uptime: over the last 3 years, my websites never experienced downtime!

I have the yearly hosting plan, it really sounded too good to be true when I discovered the site, but thought I had little to lose as I tested their servers with my smaller sites first. Later brought both my websites to iclickster.

I honestly have yet to fault them and strongly reccomend buying from them. The only thing I would want to see added is that they have an affiliate program so that I can actually get commisions by reccomending my entire friends to them!

If you have a wordpress website, they are ideal as the servers have been optimised for this.

😁 iClickster is a good host, unlike some scam hosts out there. I cant imagine having a bad experience with them.

I have exchanged several support emails with them and received fast responses which actually answered my questions - with my previous host, I had to keep asking questions after questions which made it frustrating to deal with...

but with iClickster, if you have a problem, they reply with possible problems, as well as asking for more information if needed, but this technique usually solves the problem anyway!

I have been with them for 2 years now and have had zero downtime for my website.

The service and quality of response to help I found to be really good and always of the same day or just the day after they would reply. If there was some inquirey that you needed, just one simple email and you were guided through all your inquirey needs. There where no back and forth emails to get further assistance, as all your needs were answered in short and fast response detail.

The price was very reasonable and very low cost for such a good service.

I found the unlimited space to be useful for my websites needs, so for me I found iClickster to be great hostings for my needs and services.

😁 iClickster has been an excellent hosting company!!

Great Uptime, great service and the prices, I still cannot believe how they can be so low!

The only problem I had turned out to be my own fault. I installed a script on my site too early after the setup, and did not allow servers time to get the settings in place. I contacted support and they replied in a few minutes (not sure exactly how many minutes, but i know it was FAST!)

Server speed is excellent (I have clients all over the Arab world as well as the U.S.A), email servers are always working unlike my previous host whose servers crashed every few days.

The only thing I would warn about iclickster is that the SSH access you are told about, you need to provide your I.D before you get the access. support told me it was a protective measure so people dont abuse their servers. I dont use ssh but was curious to its [read more...]

Not sure why the previous reviewer said instant setup was a myth - but the point was that you can setup the account yourself rather than emailing support and asking them to setup the account.

For a really low price of $4 at the time - It was a bargain!

Support is always instant (max delay i experienced was next day reply) - but there was 1 time where I had to send a follow up email.

Features were great - unlimited space, unlimited bandwidth - but only for websites. You cannot use the space for storing backups or for giving downloads i gues that would be a problem for some people but for me its perfect!

😠 Found IClickster via Ebay the 5 year web hosting with unlimited bandwidth and space attracted me to buy.

After purchasing I received an email and then a day later I received setup information. This confused me as they advertise instant account setup? Received the instructions and setup DNS to point to there hosting. "There a Heart Internet Reseller".

I followed the information on there web site provided as a link via the email to the latter. Everything was completed correctly and I setup the web hosting as mentioned in there email.

1 day later still waiting for my account to be activated there end.
Sent and email asking why they hadn't activated the account.

3 days later they send a response telling me to check my junk email for the welcome letter providing a link to the instructions. "I had already done everything the instructions asked and had already visited the link". I did triple check my junk mail.

🗨 Josh - as far as your complaints go about delays. Selling via eBay cannot be automated to such a degree - the email was sent instantly - but eBay API does not always send the email straight away - this is out of our control and was clearly stated within the listing.

And for activation - all accounts are instantly activated when you go to the website. Your account was not activated as there was ALREADY an account with us, with the same domain name as the one you wanted to host - you were notified of that the minute you ordered the package - after purchase you are emailed to check "manage hosting" to see if your domain appears or not - and if it does not, you are asked to contact support, which you only did 24 hours later.

There was already the same domain name that you wanted to host on our account - this is why we requested Nominet Certification to prove you are the owner of the domain name - so we can activate the service and delete the previous domain reference.
