iClickster has been an excellent hosting company!!
Great Uptime, great service and the prices, I still cannot believe how they can be so low!
The only problem I had turned out to be my own fault. I installed a script on my site too early after the setup, and did not allow servers time to get the settings in place. I contacted support and they replied in a few minutes (not sure exactly how many minutes, but i know it was FAST!)
Server speed is excellent (I have clients all over the Arab world as well as the U.S.A), email servers are always working unlike my previous host whose servers crashed every few days.
I host three sites with iclickster and they are:
risalatun.com
ukhti.net
al-muwahidun.com
The only thing I would warn about iclickster is that the SSH access you are told about, you need to provide your I.D before you get the access. support told me it was a protective measure so people dont abuse their servers. I dont use ssh but was curious to its technology/use.. So if you need ssh access apply for it straight away as it can take a day or two for the system to register you.
