Are these clows still in business?
I can't believe they are still in business. They are the worst bunch of chancers you will come across in the hosting game. All these reviews are begged from friends and their little scyophant Facebook page.
Last time I was here to warn people about them they replied with the same lame excuse and told me they knew who I was and that they had refunded me. They provided a half-assed copy and paste of the ip address they said was left on this website by me...
You know what? They were wrong, wrong and wrong again on every level. Wrong guy, no refund and completely wrong ip and part of the country.
Do you really want these guys handling your webhosting?
If you do then you are not serious about your business at all - especially as it is a crappy Heart Internet cast-off you are getting.
What will happen next is the same as happened several times before. They will round up all their friends and family and try to drown this post. Last time I even pointed out that all their brand new rave reviews even had the same family member in the email address.
I don't know about your standards but these half-wits are not up to looking after my sites.
So they will rally again to drown this post like last time...however, I will come back here every single night and repost just to save people from them and their crappy services.
If anyone is interested, I still have everyy single e-mail exchanged between iCrapster and myself. So if you want me to post them here, I would be more than happy to. You will see just how patient and understanding I was and how useless and rude they were.

Says it all really, but this poor guy's experience of them eclipses even mine. Actually, I think it is the guy who posted about them below. (scroll down)
If you are looking for a serious webhost for your wordpress site then use a proper specialist wp hosting service like WP Engine (http://bit.ly/1aWOwCf). They are a bit more expensive than most but the difference between them and two-bit wannabes like iCrapster is obvious to the serious webmaster.
