When I first saw all the glowing deals at iClickster's homepage my initial thought was "this can't be true! - this kind of service/deal doesn't exist in the internet world, unless its a scam"
Today, however, I am extremely pleased to say: "I was proved wrong." at 16:24 I raised a support ticket. At 16:30 I received a reply from a real live person, asking for more details. I responded at 16:35 with the details and at 16:50 I received a reply and my problem was resolved!
Just 26 minutes later. How much do I spend with these guys to warrant this level of service? Less than £10 per YEAR (I have the 2 year package)! Amazing.
Servers are fast and everything you can ask for in a host. But you have to understand that unlimited webspace means only data for your website, it cannot be used to store large backups or sell downloads (25GB bandwidth limited applies if you wish to sell downloads or play videos) but its no big deal as you can host your video and downloads elsewhere rather than the server.
