Hannah Vogel went above and beyond for me as I was contacting Hostwinds on behalf of a new client. Because of their service and because of the Wordpress hosting packages Hostwinds offers (and the great prices!) T He is just here to steal money. Originally I had a doubt, so I booked hosting for 3 months and paid Rs 159. He ran my site for one evening only then stopped my site and raised a new invoice for Rs 59. I raised at least 3 tickets for help and explanation but no reply was given. Most probably, it is a 1 man firm, so no other employee there. ... [plus]

Hostwinds knew all the answers to the questions I was asking… which is more than can be said of some other hosts who I’ve had to deal with that outsource their customer service to foreign countries with agents who barely speak English. I have used email host of many companies but I have not found such a cheap and good one. Not a single email sent from Filetruth's server was bounced. Earlier, I used to use GoDaddy where there was a problem with receiving emails, but nothing like this here.
