📅 April 17, 2003 - Inflow (inflow.com), a provider of managed Web application hosting, today announced the addition of new customer News Technologies LLC. News Technologies is the developer of TriggerNews, a news-alerting service that delivers real-time targeted news to subscribers based on user-defined parameters such as company name, stock symbol or keyword. These ?triggers? match identical words or phrases and a pop-up alert window instantly appears.

Inflow will be hosting TriggerNews from its Internet data center in Portland.
"In our search for a provider, we evaluated the top three in Portland, looking for a 'class act,'" said Steve Burrows, president of News Technologies. "Inflow stood out because it was the most professional, secure and reliable in our local area."
Performance and reliability were critical determining factors. "All of our news sources are direct feeds. That's part of our value proposition.
