On 9 April 2003, ICANN's Interim At-Large Advisory Committee posted its "Proposed Criteria and Accreditation Process for At-Large Structures, and Proposed Guidelines for Regional At-Large Organizations' (RALOs) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ICANN". Comments are invited through 23 April 2003, and should be sent to alac-comments@icann.org.
