I have a website powered by tiptopwebsite. Even though I have being paying my own domain, it appears at google with the domain tiptopwebsite.com/my member name. Not to mention the fact that I sell an ebook, and guess what? The page containing the PDF file should be accessible to customers after making the payment through Paypal. However, google has crowled this page, and its contain is available "For Free" to whoever find it. I think, tiptopwebsite should be more considered and respectful to its customers, and don't use us just to grow up their business. Maybe is time to find a new hosting company, and get rid of tiptopwebsite and their poor service.

😠 because I couldn't get the help I needed in building a website here I cancelled, an yet they still continued to billme for a site that was nolonger in service. The web building tools were great, but thecustomer service wasn't. I got peoplewho were very rude an actually had one person hang up on me an told me I should just pay the money an have them build it for me. I don't believe that is very good practice an surely doesn't make me want to tell others about using this site at all. I found a site that not only walked me thru everything but went far beyond helping me, an that is the company I WILL LET OTHERS KNOW ABOUT TO USE. So far haven't gotten any person to answer my requests for my money back , reported as fraudon my account since I have cancellation email to back up. I had the premium pkg for less then amonth.
