Arachnid WebHosting review

I can't praise Arachnid WebHosting highly enough. It was a weekly business newsletter that recommended them.

They are tops when it comes to providing an efficient and fast service to get your problems resolved. What I like is that you deal with one person rather than going through some support desk. You build a relationship with someone who will guide you through all the difficulties and the occasional trauma of setting up and uploading a web site. This is particularly important for a techno numpty like myself.

I haven't explored the whole range of services offered by Arachnid yet but my experiences so far suggest they will be superb.

For anyone interested in starting an internet business but feel they would be overwhelmed by the techie bits

My wife and I have now been using Arachnid as our ISP for at least 18mnths since they were recommended to us by an info ezine. We also sign up all of our domain names thru their search facility and have now transferred any domains with other ISPs to them.
WHY - because they give a professional service for a reasonable price. They are also our auto-responder service and they design our web sites when needed.
As internet newbies and techie novices they are everything that we need, want and require to run our internet business and their advice and service is for our benefit and not for their cash registers.
What more can I say - Fantasigorical, superbuflous - you name it they do it. They are all service with a smile even though I can't see them. The life belt for the drowning man - the fire escape on the burning building!!
Most important of all we have a one to one relationship with a named person by email and not through a
support center or web site.
We are more than happy to recommend them to anyone starting up - they are the original hand holders guiding us thru the minefields that await the inexperienced on the World Wide Web
