😠 i would not reccomeend. its left a very bitter taste using this compnay
no, I would not recommend them at all. their work had mistakes in, which would actually be detrimental to ranking. I was made aware of them by pure chance!, and I'm glad I did. their initial response was to deny it and claim it was lie! this obviously didn't wash with me and they finally took ownership. The managing director wont do you the courtesy of returning your call when you have complaint despite a message to do so was left with his secretary. Now moving onto a new cheaper company, even more failings and deficiencies have come to light. It turns out some of the things I was told were just totally inaccurate.

😁 First I must thank SiteWizard to take on the job to bill a personal , customise professional website to suit my needs and customers

To start Site Wizard kept very good communications. Throughout the design and creation of the website we experienced nothing but positive interactions with Site Wizard.
After a short while, we began experiencing errors. Mostly, these errors were again dealt with- for things such as shipping options and basic html changes, they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
However, once deeper more involved errors started to occur, things started to go very very wrong.
In early 2015, errors were reported that are still ongoing. IT IS OF MY OPINION that in attempting to fix these errors, they merely created new errors. As after this was "fixed" (which it never actually was) it started to effect invoices; showing customers discounts that do not exist.

😞 Could Do Better
Unfortunately there is a mismatch between their promises and claims and delivery.
I have migrated from a website and address which was producing over £3000 a month in November to a site designed and hosted by Sitewizard to just over £1000 so far. Customers have told me that the payments pages are too complicated and customers lose interest before completing the purchase.
Sitewizard's response is that this will cost extra money despite the fact that they were aware of the old site and how it worked.
I was sold a system for sending out newsletters and they were aware how many subscribers I had. It then transpired that it would cost extra to download my customers e-mail addresses so I did it manually. It then transpired that the system would not be able to cope with sending out that number of e-mails anyway.
I seem like I am going round in ever diminishing circles and going nowhere and although the site is not delivering what was promised, and alterations to make it fit for purpose [read more...]

😠 Sitewizard send out automated spam that is designed to look like it is individually addressed to the recipient, making various recomendations on how to improve the site content, but when it is talking about a site that doesn't have any content, but just 301s to a different domain, it is clear what is going on. Secondly the pages of the "customer account managers" responsible, e.g.: http://www.sitewizard.co.uk/lucy_windsor.htm use photos of models, http://www.shutterstock.com/pic-55912198/stock-photo--portrait-of-young-pretty-woman.html.
I cannot believe that a reputable company would behave in this fashion.

😠 I have been paying into this business for almost 2 years and still do not have a website up! I have had to do everything myself. Very very very disatisfied.
🗨 Hi, I'd like to respond to this complaint as I feel it is unfair.
We do indeed take the monthly hosting fee once work has started on the website. We have many hundreds of customers who have got their sites live within weeks by supplying all the information we require as soon as we ask for it. We can only complete the site if the client fulfills there part and gets us the information we need to finish a site. This client most certainly did not "have to do everything myself". We designed and built the site and the delays appear to be because of issues with a merchant account beyond our control.
This client was asked to get certain information from SagePay and set up an account with them that ONLY THE CLIENT can do. We cannot set up merchant accounts for people. We kept the client informed at all times.
I wish the client well with the website and all the best for the future,
