😠 absolutely atrocious and old school hosting... expensive, none of the standard user controls, custom (and NOT cPanel), have to google for the phone number, made it unbelievably difficult to transfer a domain name... oh, and unbelievably expensive compared to current hosting companies that charge more on the order of $4/month instead of almost $90.

😠 This has been the worst experience ever getting a web page built from scratch. It took over 3 months to get something close to completing, and I find out it was still complete. Generic information still on the page, pictures not set correctly. I have spent the past 2 months myself redoing everything. I wasted my money, and I am at the point where I will take a loss on this webpage and cancel my service. I will lose over $1,000.00, but when you pay for professional service, you expect to work with professionals. These people are obviously amateurs.
I highly recommend NOT to use this company!

😁 Webcenters have been handling my website for over a decade and I could not run my business without them. They handle all of my online sales, and make it quick and easy for my clients.
Every time other internet sales guys call me trying to sell me a different website I find out they are wanting to take a percentage of my online sales. Even one or two percent is way more than I want to pay since im already getting hit by the credit card companies. I'm not handing over a chunk of my online sales in addition to hosting. Forget that, I am happy with MA.
About 5 years ago I signed up to let them handle my Search Engine Optimization, the last company was charging me over $1500 a month and I was not getting anything for it.
Since I switched I am getting way better results for much cheaper. My google rankings are up, sales are up, and im happy. They handle my adwords, my facebook, and all I need to worry about is answering the phone. I do alot of special orders, as well as bulk [read more...]

So far the worst tool that I've even seen in the world of web design and dev. One of my clients gave it to me to help with their website... By the looks and functionality, it looks like a team of 1st-year interns built it. Everything is slow, buggy, the design reminds me of 90 web.

😠 SEO department - SUB PAR
Our company has used MaWebCenter to create a new website. Our first experience was not a good one as the gentleman in charge of our start up was inattentive and was apparently let go. After being re-assigned the issues were soon fixed by two wonderful service reps that soon got everything up and running. Both were patient and very attentive to our business needs (we shall give a deserved thumbs up for a Gaby and David from this comany). This new found fantastic customer service is why we did not have issues when it came time to try the SEO packages from this company.
We had 2 options the Organic package and the Region package to chose from. We originally wanted the Organic as it was less in price and since we do not have our own SEO department were leery of how it all worked. From the get go, the gentleman setting up the SEO packages was not fully disclosing the whole description of the packages citing that it was to technical and that's why they do SEO, not us, as they have much [read more...]

I have been using MA Webcenters for almost a year and I love it. The very best feature is the customer support staff that you get 24/7. It is not just an outsourced call centre with bad staff, they really help you solve problems quickly. I have not had many others to compare it to because I have never had to switch. Be careful and DO NOT sign their sneaky contract or any paperwork they send you!!! Once you do, their attitude changes and you will end up calling them daily to get an update. You will be lucky if you get an answer at all because their designers are low paid private consultant working from home and when they find a real job they dump your project and keep your money leaving you hanging...
