These people don't understand they are trying to sell products to resellers. Not clients! Take note resellerpanel.com is a crazy company run by a crazy person.
I spoke with someone from resellerpanel.com on phone to verify the account, and submitted my photo ID. Account was setup, however after our first sale / client deployment.... the host deleted our clients website and closed our account.
Me and a buddy got together and spent a lot of time setting up their products in our joint venture website.
After finally getting things sorted / terms of service and all the requirements they want (read the whole website and thought we understood what we were getting into) we finally added funds to the account and made our first sale.
Adding our first client to the reseller box resulted in immediate suspension, with no way to contact support (other than via email). Support replied back that their collage detected fraud?!?! IDK how this could be as we even spoke on the phone with [read more...]

😠 They are shady on a good day and just out and out bad people in general. They or he could not get something they did to work and so they just deleted the account without even contacting us about it. They just deleted it. Which is fine because it did not tale more than a minute or two to change back the dns but just shady tactic. If all fails, delete the account and everything in it? The one thing never to do is that. If you are a host company, the only thing never to do is undermine anyone that way as a tactic. There is no reason to even take a chance. They are shady people.

😠 508 Resource Limit Is Reached - this is the nightmare that started when switched to Resellerpanel. Daily calls from clients reporting this error. Poor hardware and resources with reseller Cpanel that doesn't handle standard wordpress website. I need to migrate all accounts to my previous reseller.

😁 Best Customer Service 24x7x365 days. 1 hr response time to your query. Highly qualified techical staff who go way beyond helping you as much as they can technically. They can solve almost any issues. Though their prices are on higher side, their services are best. Any person without technical knowledge can start a website easily. They have free software bundles like wordpress, prestashop etc.

I have subscribed for 30 days free trial but soon after realizing they are not expert and just a reseller, I requested to cancel my account and issue a full refund, but unfortunately my money has not refunded after many months.

😠 Support is almost inexistent. If you lose your account/billing password you should better change to another hosting provider because they will never respond to your password reset request. If you can not login you can not post any support ticket. It means you're done. ("reset your password link" do not work by the way)

😁 9 score because no one is perfect and I'm a real user, not a pro-comment bot. As we can see on this page, the owners are open about who they are, and where they are. That builds trust. FREE is free. I'm an Aussie that's promoting their Australian server. Other hosts in Australia aren't very cheap per month. Even after the UK to AU conversion on the 'Simple' plan (changing to the 'Crikey Plan' soon) I'm competitive. Set up only took a few hours ... my fault because I like to read everything and make sure I'm not wasting my time. We've all been burnt before, right? Wasted hours setting this and that up. I already had my own domain, so nothing lost, thus only gains, which comes down to me promoting 'our' product I believe in. 😞 The price was good, but it turned out they had too many features disabled which crippled the site I wanted to run. The first ticket I sent requesting the feature (allow_url_fopen) to be turned on was responded to by a "Michael L" who had a long foreign name attached to it. He claimed it was impossible to turn it on. Then another employee jumped in and told me it could and gave instructions. However, the method proved to not work, so he turned it on himself. But it turns out that was just for that one subdomain, I was still unable to get another subdomain to work, so he turned that on, too. When I tied the main domain, it was also turned off, but the ticker was responded to by the first guy who snottily told me I'd been told how to turn it on. I was fed up with them by that time, and told them to cancel the account. So long as their servers are functional I have only good things to say about Reseller's Panel. Their downfall is their lack of customer service and lack of interest in resolving any issues. They like to tell you all is where at the same time the server is screaming for help. My latest issue with them is that the server does not have enough free disk space to function and it goes down. They refuse to accept the documented proof that the server is out of disk space.
Customer Service: 0 is too high!

😁 I have used Resellers-panel for over 6 years and have had only 1 major interruption of service which was addressed immediately and resolved as quickly as possible. I have hosted over 100 sites through them from my own account + other reseller accounts hosted with them & have experienced no major interruptions or problems. I am very satisfied with the service & highly recommend them. Keep in mind, websites that are dependent on outside scripts & that call other services that are not associated with the hosting company can cause problems with any site. So many inexperienced designers may fault the hosting company with problems that are beyond their control. My experience with this company has been good , because even in such a situation they will inform you of what the problem may be so that it can be quickly resolved.
No company is perfect, but I have had a overall good experience utilizing their services.

Customer support is top notch and moreover they guarantee that all our support tickets will be answered within 1 hour and it's true! We get's reply in less then 30 minutes.
It is also very anonymous and unlike most other reseller hosting providers their order page and control panel url's are truly anonymous.
They also give us an option to use iFrames so we can host our site's somewhere else and use their service.
I really like their in-house built control panel and it's 100% user friendly.
Now they allow us to reseller vps servers and dedicated servers too so we can sell full hosting services without paying any penny.
I hope resellerspanel will find too much success in their business and i am always with them :)

😠 Resellerspanel hosting really sucks big time. The servers are so slow sometimes you can't even access your website. What is worse is that your control panel for your hosting account is not even available sometimes or it will takes minutes on a high speed connection to access it. They are always changing something to "make it better", but always screwing something else up in the process. When you open a trouble ticket, half the time they say there is nothing wrong with their server. The problem is that they grossly oversell space on their servers. It you are working on your website for any length of time it slows way down as if it starts rationing or something. Bottom line is that their hosting service is piss poor. Stay clear of this company. Does anyone know of a good hosting service? I am going to move my sites even though I had to pay for a full year. I read in the forums where some of the customers have even had to threaten legal action to get refunds, etc.

😠 Resellers started out good. Now the service is totally pathetic. The servers are down a lot. They moved some of my sites to a new server a while back. They said it would only take a day. Sites were down for 5 days. If you are a reseller, some times you can't even login to your resellers account. In short, their service sucks big time. The 99% uptime is a total lie. It's not anywhere near that.

I am always depending on that aoperators says. I think that's the lesson ive learned on this host.
I got shared hosting from them and VERY VERY NICE but when it comes i get VPS on them. My site always down , they ask for additional fees eventhough I get their managed service monthly.
Also, they dont give my refund since that is there terms.
But i dont see their terms(I think my mistake and their mistake because the terms are not actually show aside in checkout{In checkout pages, i dont think that they is the term actually FOR VPS})
Now, I get a good VPS. Hope changing VPS hosting from resellerspanel.com will be a great decision

3. (I suspect) they lie about CPU utilisation in order to limit your usage and cram more people on.
4. Downloading a file with a multi-part download manager with (for example) 16 parts will be recorded as the file being downloaded as much as 16 times (even if you cancel after the few KB/MB). Just before I stopped using them I ran little test. I downloaded a 1GB file using 16 parts and paused it several times during its download. The traffic measured was 195GB (to a subdomain that only I knew about and had just created).

😠 Resellers Panel is a disgrace. I have been with them since 8/2004 and have had countless issues with both employees and management.
In December 2007, I was going to switch from the free program to the cPanel program. I asked all the right questions, paid 6 months in advance ($306) and once the account was setup, I was told no overselling. No overselling! What? What good is a cPanel reseller account that does not allow overselling. Needless to say, I ask them to cancel the account and refund the $306. I was told they could cancel the account, no problem. However, since I paid more than two months in advance they would not refund. Huh? Well, after filing several complaints and citing the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, I got my refund.
Similar situation on 3/11/2008. I am moving my customers to a new reseller account with a more reputable company and somehow this customer was able to renew their hosting account although I turned off the feature in the [read more...]
