😁 I'm on the wordpress hosting plan, it's fine for almost everything. I moved my domain as it's in a very competitive niche so I got a VPS. Anyways, they let me put another one in no problem - super helpful and fast response times.
Easy to use the service and it's fine just if you're going for competitive terms wordpress hosting probably isn't the package you want ha. I guess I could have gone with them but friend just set up another one on his plan.

I really wanted to have a good experience with a Canadian VPS.
Unfortunately, this is NOT what you will get with these yahoos.
I ended up charged 75$ for a low-end VPS.
- Extreme latency, they promise 60% CPU usage on the server. They installed me on a box over 80%. The latency is bad enough the VPS is unusable.
- They promise 30 day money back all over their website, and refuse to honour it. I've had to escalate through PayPal and BBB
- They started giving me harrasing phone calls demanding I "mail in" a copy of my drivers license
- They have been demanding I send more private information through the mail
- I have several support tickets, some with no response, that have gone over 48 hours.
I should have read on here first and didn't. Buyer BEWARE. The will take anything they can get from you.

😠 This host has billing on autopilot except for accepting payment. What this meant to me was that when my payment didn't go through the other day, I didn't get notice until my two day grace period was up and 30 customer websites went down, and me without access to any part of the system (source or dbs). Oh and did I mention that it went down seemingly by a cron job in the middle of the night on a weekend. When they have no billing staff in until Monday. Their "24 hour support" was unable to assist.
🗨 Our billing platforms, sends 3 notifications and on 15, 10 and 5 days prior to charging credit cards and the customers have the option to login to their panel and turn-off the auto billing at any time of day and on any day of the week.
Our support staff will also be able to easily do that.
Even in cases where customers complain about the fact that they did not receive the notifications, we honor refund immediately.

😞 Cirrus hosting is in the "blame the customer" game. Whenever an issue comes up they first try to tag the blame on the client. I have had many disagreements with them and inevitably the issue is at their end, out of my control. I would not recommend this hosting company. I have just moved all my sites off their servers. BEWARE.

On many occasions, my vps would malfunction and I would be blamed. In one instance recently they got me to upgrade my vps saying that the new version of plesk would solve a lot of problems. They forgot to mention the new version uses twice as much memory and is twice as slow and still does not solve the problems.
It took me a while to realize how bad they are. Unfortunately, I tried to make the best of a bad situation - an untrained and rude technical support team, misinformed and shady sales department. Finally I have realized I can no longer deal with the lying, rudeness, and threats (yes threats). I am stuck in my contract for 5 mor months and I am out $150 for a vps migration which was so incompetent. At least I have finally learned my lesson and will not be renewing with those unethical and unprofessional people.
