Regarding The complaint posted by Mr.Jason Lindo
Mr.Lindo has been a customer of cirrus for the past 2 years. The reasons we believe that led to a dispute with him are as follows:
1- There were numerous cases of insults and disrespects towards our support and billing staff.
2- The technical knowledge of this respected client was not matching the service purchased and a full managed VPS service was delivered due to constant crashes caused by bad configurations.
3- Client was claiming his administrator has left his company and now he demands us to provide full managed service instead.
4- Client was making constant contacts to billing department asking for discounts, refunds and compensations cause by service interruptions as a result of misconfiguration performed by himself which usually was blamed on our support staff.
Cirrus has always tried to provide the best of service and support but unfortunately in some cases expectations are far beyond industry standards and more regretfully some unsatisfied clients never do not hesitate to make false claims when it comes to disputes.
