📅 August 31, 2004 - Web hosting provider Verio (verio.com ) announced on Tuesday an incentive program for viaVerio business partners, offerring extra commission on the sales of IntelliSecurity Managed Solutions.

The company says it will pay an extra five percent commission on top of normal contractual commission percentages, on the monthly recurring revenue of the IntelliSecurity component of each deal during the promotional period. The promotion is available to viaVerio business partners who join the viaVerio partner program between August 31 and September 30, 2004.
Verio says services like IntelliSecurity can help viaVerio business partners deliver security services like managed firewall protection, intrusion detection and a range of professional services like security audits, penetration testing and vulnerability scans, designed to ensure businesses meet new regulatory complience standards.
Commissions on sales of IntelliSecurity managed solutions are based on existing contracts signed and are available to contracted viaVerio business partners, either direct or master agent, that have IntelliSecurity sales between the contract sign date and December 31, 2004.
