📅 - Data center holding company Fortress International Group (thefigi.com) announced on Thursday it will debut its enhanced services and consulting deliverables at AFCOM's (afcom.com) Data Center World Conference (datacenterworld.com), held in Las Vegas from March 8 to 12 at the Paris Hotel and Convention Center.
The company will be exhibiting and speaking at the data center conference, where it will for the first time highlight the parent company name as its trade name in lieu of its operating subsidiary names Total Site Solutions and Rubicon.
Fortress will be featuring its enhanced service and consulting deliverables for energy and green solutions, capital management solutions, real estate consulting and IT optimization services that affect data center operating costs.
According to the press release, these services are "aimed at helping organizations finance capital-intensive projects and reduce costs by driving efficiencies throughout all phases of a critical facility's lifecycle."
Gerard Gallagher, president of Fortress International Group, will speak at the session entitled "Data Centers: To Build or to Expand...That is the Question", where he will discuss the five essential steps to help guide managers through expanding or constructing a new data center.
The six-hour long tutorial will also feature Fortress' Ramzi Namek, director of engineering and Eric Maxfield, vice president.
The Fortress International Group session is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. on March 9 in the Champagne Ballroom #3.
