Inovaware To Provide Billing and Customer Care Services For Verio Europe

📅 April 3, 2002 - Inovaware Corporation (inovaware.com), a billing and customer management software provider, today announced that Verio Europe, a subsidiary of NTT Communications, has implemented its PRISM platform to support the company's Pan-European operations.

Enabling Verio Europe to effectively manage customer accounts, PRISM will also allow the company to bill for a variety of services, from simple hosting to complete IP solutions and outsourcing services for large enterprises and multinationals. In addition, PRISM will provide full support for European tax structures and multi-currency billing. The European service will include automated reseller management to run Verio's large reseller channel.
