📅 September 17, 2002 - Network operator and hosting provider Verio (Verio.com ) said on Tuesday that content integration solution provider Ticker Technologies has chosen NTT/VERIO network services and hosting solutions to support its business.

Ticker Technologies Inc. (TTI), says Verio, has seen its server infrastructure and bandwidth needs grow by more than 100 percent in 2002, highlighting the need for a partner that could meet the company's needs for growth and expansion. TTI uses the NTT/VERIO data center in Manhattan, New York, which is readily accessible from TTI's offices.
?We were impressed by Verio's attention to full redundancy across the board,? says Gregory Lieb, TTI's chairman. ?Internet connectivity is comprised of triple-redundant connections to the NTT/VERIO Global IP Network and we?ve even got redundant hand-offs to our cabinet. In addition, their data center provides power backup via battery-powered UPS as well as diesel generators.?
