📅 - Internet and telecommunications financial services company Daniels & Associates announced on Monday that it represented Internet access and hosting services provider Volaris Online (volaris.com) in the sale of its residential and business units.
According to Daniels & Associates, Internet service provider EarthLink acquired the dial-up subscriber base belonging to Volaris, while Smart City acquired the company's business access and hosting unit. An expert in mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate finance, Daniels & Associates says it represented Volaris in both transactions. No further details about the deals were offered. Daniels & Associates says it specializes in providing financial services to the media, Internet and telecommunications industries, serving a wide range of customers and having completed transactions valued at more than $96 million.
