Jan, 2003 : Sage Releases Customer Satisfaction Reports
📅 - Market research and consulting firm Sage Research (sageresearch.com) announced on Tuesday that it has released a series of reports detailing customer satisfaction ratings for eight categories of products.
The reports, says Sage, are part of the company's CPE Customer Satisfaction Benchmark Program, intended to establish customer satisfaction rankings for the voice and data network equipment industry. According to Sage, the overall message from network customers, as demonstrated by the reports, is that suppliers are doing well, but could be doing even better.
Sage says it has produced reports for a range of product categories, including WLAN access points, IP PBXs, traditional PBXs, Gigabit LAN switches, 10/100 LAN switches, high-end routers, low-end routers and firewalls.
"These in-depth reports take the benchmarking process several steps beyond the initial piece of this program, the industry summary report," says Kathryn Korostoff, president of Sage Research. "The new reports give vendors more comprehensive insight into what customers think about these product categories. Suppliers can use the benchmarks as standards against which they can measure, through customized research, their own brands."
