Feb 20, 2003 : eNucleus Announces First Acquisition

📅 February 20, 2003 - Application delivery and managed hosting company eNucleus Inc. (enucleus.com) announced on Thursday that it has completed the first acquisition to result from the development of its new acquisition program.

The acquisition program says eNucleus, was developed to acquire strategic assets that will provide increased revenues and profits for the company while building shareholder value.
eNucleus says the first acquisition under the program is through the Health ASPx division, which has exceeded expectations for revenue, by 15 percent, as well as profitability. The Health ASPx division provide solutions for the home healthcare industries.
"Acquisitions will play a large part in our growth strategy and we are thrilled with the success we are achieving with the launch of this program," said Scott Voss, president of eNucleus. "We have due diligence well underway on several other candidates. We believe that building the Company through strategic acquisitions that will add to our bottom line is the most intelligent thing we can do in this difficult market."
