Feb 21, 2003 : Sprint Provides Anchor Glass Network
📅 - Communications carrier Sprint (sprint.com) announced on Thursday that it has signed a three-year communications services agreement with glass manufacturer Anchor Glass Container Corp, to help connect Anchor Glass's multiple locations across 10 states.
Through the agreement, valued at more than $1.5 million, Sprint says it will deliver a range of services, including a frame relay data network, along with switched and dedicated voice services and enhanced interactive toll-free services. Sprint is also supplying a comprehensive managed network solution through its remote management. "Sprint recognizes it is essential for manufacturing companies to keep ahead of customer demand and provide quality customer service in order to remain competitive," Gary Linsin, vice president, Sprint Business - Southeast. "Anchor Glass found that understanding from Sprint and appreciated Sprint's integrity and stability to ensure a long-term relationship to reach its growth potential."
