May, 2003 : Positive Networks Appoint Verio Founder to Board

📅 May 28, 2003 - Positive Networks (positivenetworks.net) announced yesterday that it has appointed Justin Jaschke to its board of directors. Jaschke is the founder and chief executive of Verio (verio.com ) and was a participant in Positive Networks' recently closed round of investment.

"The addition of Justin to our board is a major step forward and great endorsement for the company," said Tim Sutton, founder and CEO of Positive Networks. "Justin is one of the most respected leaders in the high-tech industry, and has extraordinary experience in building companies from start-up phase to industry leadership."
Prior to establishing Verio, Jaschke was president of OneComm Corporation, a leading cellular company that was bought by Nextel.
"The remote access space is growing rapidly, and Positive has the best system for it that I've seen," said Jaschke. "I'm very excited to be joining Positive's board and look forward to helping the company become the category leader."
Positive Networks is a Kansas-based provider of remote access services.
