Jun 26, 2003 : Verio Names New VP Corp. Development

📅 June 26, 2003 - Verio (verio.com ) announced today it has named Todd Siegler to the post of senior vice president of corporate development. In this role, Siegler will oversee all corporate development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

"Todd has proven many times over to be a real asset to not only Verio and now its management team, but to our front-line business," said Justin Jaschke, president and CEO. "As Verio continues its growth and leadership in the hosting and network services business, strategic partnerships and innovative solutions will become even more important to the value we provide our customers. We're pleased we have someone like Todd to lead development of the right partnerships to help meet these needs."
Prior to joining Verio, Siegler served as vice president of international operations and legal for Excel Communications Inc., a former subsidiary of Teleglobe, and was also assistant general counsel for the company.
Verio, an NTT subsidiary, is a provider of global IP solutions to the enterprise market, including Web hosting, dedicated access, virtual private networks and managed services.
