😠 Horrible service, do not use
I rented a tf2 server from Darkstar LLC for 30 days. I cancelled my subscription in paypal days before renewal and they still tried to bill me for another month. I informed them of my intent to cancel due to horrible experience with them, and they continued to push. Seems like many others have this issue if you google around. Definitely shady business practices. The control panel was horrible and broken. Their support system is archaic. The support people are unhelpful and scornful. Many times my server was not usable. Do not use them.

😁 my guild uses darkstar for a 50 slot server. they have tons of features and the sound quality is a lot better than other ventrilo hosts i've used.

😁 By far the best Ventrilo hosting company in the industry. My only complaint is that their control panel is a bit heavy on the graphical side, but everything works, and works well. I've contacted their support at all hours of the night and gotten pretty consistently quickly replies. Would definitely recommend.

😠 support is never there to help ventrilo always going down there seems to be no custmer service at times when you need them you cant phone for help they dont inform you when they are going down and i will not be renewing my ventriko server again with this site as its aways going down and they try pass the blame on to the custmer all the time

😠 These people make you pay to cancel your subscription. They are fraudulent in their business practices. They are impossible to get ahold of and most of the time their "support" is down and you cant get ahold of anyone, when you do, they are not helpful.
I highly suggest to stay away from these people.

😞 This company has had alot of trouble with their service, i was moved 3 times and my IP was changed each time (with-in a year), not to mention that i had to recreate my website each incident. The only way to contact them is though a ticket system which they reply only when they feel like it. You cannot contact them via phone for none is provided. I had canceled my subscription to this service, however they renewed me anyway and now i am up in arms as to how i'm supose to pay. Beware folks, just because the price is good doesn't mean your getting a good deal.

😉 I am frustrated tonight because my TS server is down. The portal to get assistance is not allowing me to log in, my control panel denies I have an account and the phone number is blocked.
