I use INSIGHT Web Hosting VPS account for hosting images, movies, forums and other things did not use it much for my site just making a off-site storage hard drive and it worked well for that. I like INSIGHT WEB HOSTING as my web host. There have been a very few downtime periods but they were handled quickly and efficiently. I am not sure if they still do this, but when I started they only employed skillful support techs. It is really nice to be able to submit a support request and have someone receive it that can actually analyze the issue and correct it, vs. someone reading off of a scripted tree so to speak.

After some time hosted with another web host I switched to the INSIGHT WEB HOSTING and I have not regretted it. The supported features is much better then my previous web host. I do no not want to say anything bad about my previous web host but with INSIGHT WEB HOSTING I have everything done faster, the site loads faster, everything works great. Uptime is high enough (no downtime noticed). Support replies fast with no delays. Also they have really nice prices for such a level of the service.

INSIGHT WEB HOSTING is very easy to use and the customer support is fantastic. They are quick and very friendly. My e-store is running extremely fast to load and has had almost perfect uptime. Pricing is a bit higher than some of the cheaper sites, but i'd definitely consider it well priced for what your getting. Features are cool.

I do not have any problem with Hostwebspaces, didn't see any downtime with my site. Their server speed is relatively fast (guess I have a fast connection). For eCommerce Hosting or small-medium business hosting, Insight technology (hostwebspaces.com) is better solution who want the good quality of hosting at budget or low cost rate.
