Alex HostAlexHost is a Moldova-based hosting provider operated by
SRL ALEXHOST, with business roots going back to
2008. The company was founded in Chișinău by
Alexandru Scutaru and has grown from a local hosting operation into a wider infrastructure provider with its own Moldovan data center, European VPS locations, dedicated servers, GPU servers, domains, SSL certificates, VPN, DNS, BGP services, and colocation.
This is not only a basic shared-hosting company. Their strongest profile is infrastructure hosting:
VPS / VDS,
KVM VPS,
Windows VPS,
Linux VPS,
Managed VPS,
Unmanaged VPS,
Forex VPS,
Dedicated Servers,
GPU Hosting,
Colocation in Moldova,
BGP,
Free DNS,
Domains,
SSL Certificates, and
VPN servers. Their hosting menu also includes specialized CMS hosting for
WordPress, Joomla, OpenCart, Drupal, PrestaShop, Magento, MODX, October CMS, plus TeamSpeak hosting, Telegram bot hosting, Discord bot hosting, email hosting, PHP / MySQL hosting, Python hosting, and online-store hosting.
Shared hosting is based on
cPanel, NVMe storage, unlimited traffic, unlimited email accounts, daily backups, free SSL, free anti-DDoS protection, and several annual plans. It is suitable for personal websites, blogs, small company websites, simple CMS installations, and customers who prefer a standard control panel instead of managing a server from the command line.
The VPS range is more important to the company’s overall profile. AlexHost uses
KVM virtualization, NVMe storage, full root access, dedicated IPv4, IPv6 support, unlimited bandwidth, 1 Gbps ports, and multiple European deployment locations. VPS locations include
Moldova, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Switzerland, France, England, and Romania. Their VPS catalog also includes AMD Ryzen VPS, Platinum VPS, managed VPS, unmanaged VPS, Windows VPS, Linux VPS, trading VPS, and VPS with control panels.
Dedicated servers are available with different Intel, AMD Ryzen, AMD EPYC, and Apple M1 options, including low-cost dedicated servers, 1 Gbps servers, 10 Gbps servers, Moldova dedicated servers, Bulgaria dedicated servers, England dedicated servers, Linux and Windows servers, RDP servers, DDoS-protected servers, storage servers, bare metal servers, and fully managed / unmanaged choices. These plans are better suited for customers who need isolated hardware, flexible disks, root-level control, and predictable dedicated resources.
A newer and more specialized part of the portfolio is
GPU Hosting. These servers are aimed at
AI training, machine learning, deep learning, LLM workloads, rendering, scientific computing, and high-performance computing. Listed GPU configurations include NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Ti, and ASUS Turbo GeForce RTX 3090 options, usually paired with multi-core CPUs, 64 GB RAM, 1 TB NVMe storage, 1 Gbps speed, and IPv4/IPv6 allocation.
AlexHost also has a more technical infrastructure side through
colocation in Moldova and
BGP service. This makes them more interesting for advanced users, hosting resellers, network operators, and customers who need routing control or physical server placement rather than only a virtual hosting plan.
The website supports many languages, including
English, Russian, Romanian, German, French, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Polish, Indonesian, and Simplified Chinese. This broad localization is useful for an international customer base, especially because AlexHost serves both Eastern European and global users.
WHTop records list AlexHost with a large number of customer reviews and a generally positive average rating, but the most recent negative reviews also show that this provider should be used with realistic expectations. AlexHost is attractive for low pricing, broad payment options, crypto payments, VPS variety, and privacy-oriented infrastructure, but customers should keep independent backups and understand the refund, abuse, and suspension rules before using the service for mission-critical projects.

Mivo CloudMivoCloud is a Moldovan cloud infrastructure and web hosting provider with operational roots in Chișinău. The business has operated since
2014, while MIVOCLOUD S.R.L. was formally registered in Moldova on February 25,
2015. Vladimir "Vlad" Marian and Maxim Popov are connected with the company’s founding and development. The business remains privately held and operates with a relatively compact technical team.
MivoCloud has developed well beyond conventional shared hosting. Its portfolio includes
NVMe VPS,
SSD VPS,
Storage VPS,
Ryzen VPS,
Ryzen VDS, hourly cloud infrastructure, dedicated servers, NVMe dedicated systems, storage servers, shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller VPS infrastructure and optional managed administration.
The service interface is available in
English, Romanian and Russian. Prices are primarily displayed in euros, while infrastructure locations cover Moldova, Romania, several major Western European markets and the United States.
The main virtual server range is built around
NVMe Cloud VPS plans using KVM virtualization, NVMe RAID storage, one IPv4 address, IPv6 support, DDoS protection and shared 1 Gbps connectivity. These servers are available in Oregon, New York, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Chișinău and Iași. Intel Xeon Gold processors are used in London, Frankfurt and Paris, while Oregon, New York, Chișinău and Iași use Intel Xeon E5 v4 hardware.
The more affordable
SSD KVM VPS range is suitable for customers who do not require NVMe performance. These plans are available in New York, Chișinău and Iași and include SSD storage, KVM virtualization, DDoS protection and automated provisioning after payment.
Customers needing higher single-core performance can select
Ryzen NVMe VPS servers in London. These machines use AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processors with clock speeds reaching 4.9 GHz. The separate
Ryzen NVMe VDS range in Oregon uses AMD Ryzen 9 7950X processors, DDR5 memory and NVMe storage. VDS plans include dedicated virtual CPU allocation and are a better match for applications where predictable CPU performance matters more than the lower price of a shared-vCPU VPS.
The
Storage VPS range combines KVM virtualization with larger HDD allocations. Servers are available in Oregon and Frankfurt, with capacities from 500 GB to 4 TB. These plans are useful for
backup repositories, media archives, private file storage and workloads where disk capacity is more important than storage latency.
The hourly cloud platform provides a more flexible infrastructure-as-a-service environment. Customers can create, resize and remove servers, assign public IP addresses, build private networks, configure routers and firewalls and pay according to actual hourly resource consumption. CPU and RAM charges stop when a server is powered off, while storage and reserved IP resources continue to generate charges. The platform includes KVM virtualization, remote console access and optional backup functions.
Dedicated infrastructure is divided between conventional Xeon systems, NVMe-focused servers and high-capacity storage machines.
Xeon Dedicated Servers range from entry-level Intel Xeon E3 hardware to larger dual-processor Xeon and Xeon Gold configurations. The standard package includes IPMI remote management, IPv4, an IPv6 /64 subnet, shared 1 Gbps connectivity and DDoS protection. Memory, disks, additional IP addresses, traffic and administration can be customized.
NVMe Dedicated Servers combine dedicated processing resources with 500 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB NVMe configurations. Hybrid options can include up to 16 TB of additional HDD storage.
Dedicated Storage Servers provide 16 TB or 32 TB HDD configurations and are intended for large backup systems, archives, media libraries and private storage platforms.
Shared hosting uses NVMe RAID storage and is available with
Plesk or
cPanel. A separate
WordPress Hosting range runs through Plesk and follows similar storage tiers. These hosting plans include
email accounts, databases, subdomains, Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates, DDoS protection, antivirus scanning, autoresponders, email forwarding, scheduled tasks and one-click application installation. Annual hosting customers can also receive website migration covering email accounts, domains, subdomains and databases.
The
Reseller VPS Program includes a white-label WHMCS module and a separate customer management panel. Resellers can sell MivoCloud virtual servers under their own branding and establish their own retail pricing. Infrastructure monitoring and automated provisioning remain handled at platform level, while resellers maintain a prepaid account balance for new orders. Deposit bonuses increase according to the amount funded and can reach 10%, 15% or 20%.
Optional
Server Management is available for customers who prefer not to administer their own infrastructure. The management service can include
continuous monitoring, backup organization, operating-system installation, application deployment, database tuning, security administration, software updates, malware scanning and recovery work. Support covers common web server, database, proxy, VPN, caching and file-sharing technologies.

IHost.mdiHost is a Moldovan hosting and infrastructure provider operated by
LEVEL7 S.R.L. The company was founded in
2009, while its autonomous network, AS43588, has operated since 2007. Maxim Macovei is connected with the company as its founder and technical leader, and the organization has developed into a medium-sized regional hosting business serving commercial customers, technical professionals and Moldovan public institutions.
The service portfolio extends well beyond conventional shared hosting. Customers can choose from
NVMe web hosting, managed WordPress hosting, e-commerce hosting, KVM virtual servers, VMware cloud infrastructure, dedicated servers, private cloud platforms, colocation, business email, managed databases, online storage, backup, SSL certificates, infrastructure monitoring, load balancing, DDoS mitigation, web application security and managed server administration. More than 6,000 domains are hosted across the company’s infrastructure.
Shared hosting is organized into
Personal,
Business and
Unlimited packages. These plans combine NVMe storage, email hosting, support for multiple websites, generous traffic allowances, SSL certificates, daily enterprise backup, anti-spam filtering, malware protection, active DDoS mitigation and free website migration. DirectAdmin is included as the main hosting control panel, while CloudLinux account isolation, KernelCare updates, Imunify360 protection, IDS/IPS filtering and a web application firewall provide a stronger security environment than many basic shared hosting platforms.
The Unlimited package includes considerably higher processing, memory and storage allowances, although normal fair-use conditions still apply. It is better suited to customers managing several resource-intensive websites rather than those expecting unrestricted server consumption.
Managed WordPress packages include WP-CLI, daily backups, application-level firewall protection and performance optimization. The e-commerce plans provide greater CPU and memory allocations, CDN integration, extended backup retention and additional security controls for online stores. A separate developer range uses lightweight LXC environments for testing, development work and small applications.
The cloud portfolio includes both KVM and VMware-based products. The newer
KVM Cloud Server range begins with small virtual machines and scales to configurations with as many as 24 virtual processors, 96 GB of RAM and 1.5 TB of storage. Customers receive virtual console access, operating-system reinstallation tools, private networking and flexible resource options.
The VMware cloud range supports high-availability configurations, vMotion, snapshots, private networks and fault-tolerance options. Some service descriptions still reference VMware ESXi 6.7, so organizations with strict software-version requirements should obtain the exact platform version as part of their quotation.
Dedicated servers are based on HPE and Dell hardware with Intel Core and Intel Xeon processors. Linux, Windows and VMware installations are available, together with remote management and network interfaces ranging from 100 Mbps to 10 Gbps. Some standard configurations use older Xeon E3 and E5 v2 processors, but memory, storage, bandwidth and software licensing can be customized. Normal provisioning can be completed within approximately two hours when the requested hardware is available.
Private cloud platforms can be deployed with VMware or OpenStack. These single-tenant environments support dedicated compute resources, isolated VLANs, VPN access, distributed storage, load balancing and optional replication between facilities. Colocation is also available for customers that prefer to install their own servers, network devices or complete racks.
Business email is based on Kerio technologies and includes calendars, contacts, tasks and mobile synchronization. The collaboration portfolio also includes Nextcloud environments with Collabora, Talk and groupware functions. Managed database services cover MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server, while encrypted backup storage can include long-term retention and replication between geographic locations.
Security services include website-level and server-level DDoS protection, corporate network mitigation, web application firewall filtering, malware detection, bot management and vulnerability protection. The DDoS platform combines local filtering capacity with connectivity and mitigation technologies from
Voxility and other security networks.
CDN and load-balancing services can be integrated through
Cloudflare. Additional monitoring services cover websites, ports, server resources, blacklists and general infrastructure availability. Linux and Windows administration can be purchased for emergencies, individual technical tasks or continuous management.
The website is available in
Romanian, Russian and English, making the company accessible to local customers and international organizations operating in Moldova. The interface works on modern computers and mobile devices, although some product information is not fully synchronized between language versions. Certain packages appear on separate pages with different prices, processor generations or software references, so the final specification and billing terms should be included in the service order.

Host.MDHOST.MD is one of Moldova’s longest-established hosting and domain-service brands. Its history is closely connected with the state enterprise
MoldData, founded in
1993, which developed important parts of Moldova’s national internet infrastructure and became known for
.md domain administration, web hosting, server services, and datacenter operations.
MoldData was absorbed into the Information Technology and Cyber Security Service, generally known as STISC, at the end of 2019. Its rights, assets, responsibilities, and technical operations were transferred to the public institution. HOST.MD continues to use infrastructure, legal documents, contact information, and technical resources connected with the former MoldData organization.
The company covers considerably more than ordinary entry-level website hosting. Its services include
Shared Hosting,
Premium Hosting,
Linux VPS,
Windows VPS,
Virtual Machines,
Dedicated Servers,
Server Colocation,
Domain Registration,
SSL Certificates,
Business Email, backup storage, website development, managed firewall services, load balancing, VPN connectivity, DDoS protection, and application-security solutions.
Standard shared hosting is divided into packages with 2 GB, 10 GB, and 30 GB of storage. Depending on the package, customers receive support for multiple domains and mailboxes, together with
unlimited databases, unlimited traffic, SSL support, incremental backups, malware protection, DDoS protection, free website migration, and one-click installation for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, PrestaShop, and phpBB. A 15-day trial account is available with 500 MB of storage, one domain, and 5 GB of traffic.
Premium Hosting increases the available storage from 4 GB to 324 GB while allowing unlimited hosted domains, mailboxes, databases, and traffic. These packages are more suitable for larger websites, online stores, agencies, and customers who need more storage without moving to a self-managed virtual server.
The VPS range supports both Linux and Windows. Each virtual server receives guaranteed processor, memory, and storage resources, SSH or Remote Desktop access, unlimited traffic, connectivity of up to 1 Gbps, and an administration interface for starting, stopping, restarting, and monitoring the server. Additional resources can be added when the original configuration is no longer sufficient.
A separate
Virtual Machine range offers configurable Linux and Windows environments with optional upgrades for RAM, disk space, processor allocation, and IP addresses. The management interface includes operating-system reinstallation, console access, usage statistics, and basic power controls.
Dedicated servers are installed in the company’s Chişinău datacenter and include local network connectivity of up to 1 Gbps. The standard configurations are mainly based on Intel Xeon X3430, X5560, and X5660 processors, DDR3 memory, SATA hard drives, and early-generation SSD storage. These servers can still work well for legacy applications, backup tasks, development environments, and workloads that do not require recent processors, although the exact storage condition, RAID configuration, and replacement policy should be confirmed before ordering.
Colocation is available for 1U, 2U, and 3U servers, while larger installations receive customized offers. The normal allocation includes one IP address, 20 TB of monthly traffic, a 100 Mbps connection, electricity, and one network port. Additional bandwidth, IP addresses, remote-hands assistance, redundant power supplies, backup storage, professional administration, and enterprise intervention levels can be added separately.
Enterprise infrastructure can be combined with F5 (f5.com) load balancing and application security, Juniper (juniper.net) managed or virtual firewall services, and
Imperva / Incapsula WAF, CDN, IP protection, and DDoS mitigation. These options make the company relevant for more complex business platforms, public-sector systems, and applications that require stronger traffic filtering or network security.
The main website is available in
Romanian, English, and Russian. The customer portal supports a wider selection of interface languages, including French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Ukrainian, Turkish, Chinese, and several others. Services can be ordered in
Moldovan lei and US dollars.
The website retains an older, narrow desktop layout and contains several legacy technical references. Some dedicated-server configurations, Plesk versions, PHP references, nameserver details, and SLA figures originate from different periods. The customer portal has a more modern interface and works better on smaller screens, but the exact hardware generation, software version, taxes, service guarantees, and licensing conditions should be included in the final quotation.

TopHost.mdTopHost.md is a Moldovan hosting provider founded in 2006 that targets speed, reliability, and value. They operate their
own equipment in a modern data center in
Chișinău and complement it with servers in multiple regions (Moldova, USA, and Europe — with mentions of the UK, Romania, and the Netherlands). Their proposition is "all-inclusive" shared hosting:
unlimited domains/subdomains, emails, databases, traffic, and SSD storage under a single plan, which is attractive for users managing multiple sites.
- Shared / SSD NVMe Web Hosting. Shared plans run on NVMe SSD storage for fast I/O, paired with LiteSpeed Web Server and CloudLinux (LVE) for account isolation and per-account PHP selection. Security is a focus: free SSL, Imunify360 antivirus/malware protection, active firewalling, and advanced DDoS protection. Backups are included and described as automatic with multi-location copies. The stack is well suited for WordPress, Joomla, Drupal and other popular CMS/apps, and they explicitly claim compatibility with platforms like Magento, OpenCart, phpBB, MediaWiki, CodeIgniter and more.
- VPS Hosting. VPS servers are positioned for performance and control: NVMe-only cloud, root access, snapshots/backups, OS re-installs from the panel, and prebuilt images (AlmaLinux, Ubuntu/Debian, CentOS Stream) plus images with LEMP/LAMP, Node.js, Django, and control panels such as CyberPanel, ISPmanager Lite, cPanel/WHM, FastPanel. DDoS protection is included, and the platform emphasizes quick activation, resource guarantees, and management via a web interface.

English is fully supported, although several ordering and account-management areas still contain occasional Romanian wording or imperfect translations.
The website received a significant redesign and structural update in May 2026. The current interface is modern, responsive and suitable for both desktop computers and mobile devices. Product pages, account functions, legal documents and technical information are organized more clearly than in the previous version.
One administrative detail should be clarified before signing a business contract or requesting a tax invoice. The contact section displays company identification number 1015600036593, while RIPE and Moldovan corporate records use 1015600036958. The difference appears to result from transposed digits, so corporate customers should confirm the correct registration number directly with the company.

The storefront is available in Romanian, Russian and English. The Moldovan version primarily displays prices in EUR, while other regional versions may use different currencies. Its interface is modern and responsive, with separate areas for hosting, infrastructure, domains, billing and technical support.
Some sections still contain traces of the related IPHOST (iphost.md) brand, repeated text and inconsistent customer statistics. Amplica is presented in different places as serving more than 5,000 or more than 10,000 customers. These inconsistencies do not affect the available infrastructure, but they make the company information less uniform than it should be. [visit website amplica.md]
