MivoCloud is a Moldovan cloud infrastructure and web hosting provider with operational roots in Chișinău. The business has operated since 2014, while MIVOCLOUD S.R.L. was formally registered in Moldova on February 25, 2015. Vladimir "Vlad" Marian and Maxim Popov are connected with the company’s founding and development. The business remains privately held and operates with a relatively compact technical team.

MivoCloud has developed well beyond conventional shared hosting. Its portfolio includes NVMe VPS, SSD VPS, Storage VPS, Ryzen VPS, Ryzen VDS, hourly cloud infrastructure, dedicated servers, NVMe dedicated systems, storage servers, shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller VPS infrastructure and optional managed administration.

The service interface is available in English, Romanian and Russian. Prices are primarily displayed in euros, while infrastructure locations cover Moldova, Romania, several major Western European markets and the United States.

The main virtual server range is built around NVMe Cloud VPS plans using KVM virtualization, NVMe RAID storage, one IPv4 address, IPv6 support, DDoS protection and shared 1 Gbps connectivity. These servers are available in Oregon, New York, London, Frankfurt, Paris, Chișinău and Iași. Intel Xeon Gold processors are used in London, Frankfurt and Paris, while Oregon, New York, Chișinău and Iași use Intel Xeon E5 v4 hardware.

The more affordable SSD KVM VPS range is suitable for customers who do not require NVMe performance. These plans are available in New York, Chișinău and Iași and include SSD storage, KVM virtualization, DDoS protection and automated provisioning after payment.

Customers needing higher single-core performance can select Ryzen NVMe VPS servers in London. These machines use AMD Ryzen 9 5950X processors with clock speeds reaching 4.9 GHz. The separate Ryzen NVMe VDS range in Oregon uses AMD Ryzen 9 7950X processors, DDR5 memory and NVMe storage. VDS plans include dedicated virtual CPU allocation and are a better match for applications where predictable CPU performance matters more than the lower price of a shared-vCPU VPS.

The Storage VPS range combines KVM virtualization with larger HDD allocations. Servers are available in Oregon and Frankfurt, with capacities from 500 GB to 4 TB. These plans are useful for backup repositories, media archives, private file storage and workloads where disk capacity is more important than storage latency.

The hourly cloud platform provides a more flexible infrastructure-as-a-service environment. Customers can create, resize and remove servers, assign public IP addresses, build private networks, configure routers and firewalls and pay according to actual hourly resource consumption. CPU and RAM charges stop when a server is powered off, while storage and reserved IP resources continue to generate charges. The platform includes KVM virtualization, remote console access and optional backup functions.

Dedicated infrastructure is divided between conventional Xeon systems, NVMe-focused servers and high-capacity storage machines. Xeon Dedicated Servers range from entry-level Intel Xeon E3 hardware to larger dual-processor Xeon and Xeon Gold configurations. The standard package includes IPMI remote management, IPv4, an IPv6 /64 subnet, shared 1 Gbps connectivity and DDoS protection. Memory, disks, additional IP addresses, traffic and administration can be customized.

NVMe Dedicated Servers combine dedicated processing resources with 500 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB NVMe configurations. Hybrid options can include up to 16 TB of additional HDD storage. Dedicated Storage Servers provide 16 TB or 32 TB HDD configurations and are intended for large backup systems, archives, media libraries and private storage platforms.

Shared hosting uses NVMe RAID storage and is available with Plesk or cPanel. A separate WordPress Hosting range runs through Plesk and follows similar storage tiers. These hosting plans include email accounts, databases, subdomains, Let’s Encrypt SSL certificates, DDoS protection, antivirus scanning, autoresponders, email forwarding, scheduled tasks and one-click application installation. Annual hosting customers can also receive website migration covering email accounts, domains, subdomains and databases.

The Reseller VPS Program includes a white-label WHMCS module and a separate customer management panel. Resellers can sell MivoCloud virtual servers under their own branding and establish their own retail pricing. Infrastructure monitoring and automated provisioning remain handled at platform level, while resellers maintain a prepaid account balance for new orders. Deposit bonuses increase according to the amount funded and can reach 10%, 15% or 20%.

Optional Server Management is available for customers who prefer not to administer their own infrastructure. The management service can include continuous monitoring, backup organization, operating-system installation, application deployment, database tuning, security administration, software updates, malware scanning and recovery work.
