😠 The company Witweb has gone rogue on us and our customer.
After a very pathetic service in regards of updating a WP site we decided to change our hosting from Witweb to another provider.
What happened is that we uploaded by mistake a malware together with a SEO plug-in. Instead of assisting, Mr.Wild from Witweb got agressive and shut us down. We uploaded then an old and clean WP installation. As the support continued to be poor and emails didn't get answered we informed Mr Wild that we will change to another provider. He then shut the site completely down, changed FTP password, shut down the email accounts (!!) and did not answer anymore on emails. This despite the service is still paid for.
