😠 For over one week now, my reseller account and the cpanel accounts in it have been offline. My reseller website http://SpringWebHost.com has also been offline.

I have written several support tickets stating the aforementioned issues yet there has been no response from them for over a week now.

This is miserable.

Very bad service, Uptime is good, but very bad service support. live chat is always down. they don't pay to cpanel and clients always has a license expiry issue every month for cpanel.

😠 9XHOST.INFO is scam.
I've ordered VPS for my personal site hosting. The price of VPS was 14 USD. After 3 days VPS was not installed, support knows about it because I've created a ticket. Support told that VPS will be setup in "short" time, but it was scam. Nobody doesn't care about customers in this company and it exists only to get money.

😠 Crappy support!
Had reseller hosting with them for almost a year.. worst host ever! server keeps going down, cant answer my client, crappy support, no one replies until days, scammers, scamming with whmcs licenses and giving non-profit licenses and scamming! the only good thing is price and the features of hosting plan would not recommend at all.

i am using gold plane and not get any problem.
