May 17, 2004 : Collocation Solutions Hosts Site Tour

📅 May 17, 2004 - Data center infrastructure services provider Collocation Solutions (collocationsolutions.com) announced on Friday that it is hosting a mirrored hot site tour for the contingency management planning conference in Las Vegas, Nevada later this month.

The conference, to be held in the last week of May, provides training and exhibitions for continuity of operations, risk/emergency management, security and other related topics. Collocation Solutions will present its tour on Monday May 24, 2004.
"We appreciate the opportunity to showcase our data center in Las Vegas," says Tim Moore, vice president of Collocation Solutions. "The 150 attendees registered for this event are from all across the country. We are excited to showcase what other companies are doing with their high availability IT disaster recovery solutions. In addition, several of our current customers who are using the data center for their disaster recovery solutions will be involved so that the attendees will be able to understand their approach to disaster recovery."

The company says the acquisition "opens a better entrance to serve the Web hosting industry from a marketing standpoint." Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
