📅 February 6, 2006 - Managed security service provider Perimeter Internetworking (perimeterco.com) announced on Monday it has acquired Internet security service provider Red Cliff Solutions (redcliffsolutions.com).

Red Cliff Solutions provides Internet security solutions for credit unions, particularly its remote vulnerability assessment, which helps identify open ports and vulnerabilities and suggests steps for remedying Internet accessible systems. Its services include CounterPhish SM, managed firewall, intrusion prevention system, technical support, training and security consulting services.

"We are very excited about adding Red Cliff to the Perimeter Internetworking team," says Brad Miller, CEO of Perimeter Internetworking. "In addition to their dominant market share in the credit union movement, they possess a very deep expertise in compliance regulations."
