The company says its use of SWsoft's Plesk control panel enables JAB to fulfill its pledge to provide customers with complete control over their accounts wherever possible.
"We will never stop listening to our customers' needs, as without them we could not exist," says Jonathan Wright, technical director for JAB Web Solutions. "By using the latest version of Plesk across all of our servers, we can not only efficiently manage all our servers, but we can also offer an unprecedented level of control to our customers at the same time, and all through a single, common interface."
The company provides customers with Plesk 7.5 Reloaded, which incorporates a variety of features, such as dedicated spam control, an application vault for simple program installation, per-domain control of usage limits and dedicated server monitoring.
JAB launched a set of reseller hosting plans powered by Plesk in November of 2005.
