The company says the new design was made so that visitors would have a clearer understanding of the kinds of services that ProvidentHost provides, as well as what vistors can expect when they purchase a hosting package. Along with the redesign, ProvidentHost added a new module to the left of the navigation bar where potential customers can find out the main features of the company's Web hosting plans. In addition, ProvidentHost says users will experience a much more fluid experience navigating the site as it has started using CSS technology instead of HTML to code the site.

ProvidentHost provides Web hosting services to small and medium-sized businesses worldwide. The company says its sales customer service features a one hour response rate guarantee. Additionally, it offers lifetime bonuses for its members in the form of ebooks or software, which they can be used by the members themselves to improve their knowledge or sell it for profit.
