Dec, 2002 : Mirror Image Speeds Downloads for Watchfire

📅 December 11, 2002 - Distributed Web and content delivery service provider Mirror Image Internet (mirror-image.com) said on Tuesday that Web site management software provider Watchfire Corporation (watchfire.com) has chosen Mirror Image's instaContent solution to improve download performance for its WebQA software evaluations.

Watchfire's WebQA, says Mirror Image, is a Web site testing tool that assists in quality assurance by scanning and analyzing Web content and producing detailed reports to identify and fix defects. By deploying Mirror Imgage's technology, the company is helping to ensure that downloads of its software for both evaluation and purchase demonstrate better performance. Since employing the instaContent solution, says Mirror Image, Watchfire has increased download rates and reduced support costs.
"Our agreement with Watchfire is further evidence that our network encompasses everything that today's e-commerce providers require," says Bill Przybylinski, vice president of Global Sales for Mirror Image Internet.
