📅 - Digex, Incorporated (digex.com) yesterday announced that it has received notice from Nasdaq that the company's common stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market effective at the opening of business Friday, February 28, 2003.
"This decision by Nasdaq does not affect our day-to-day operations and does not change our previously announced exploration of strategic alternatives," said George Kerns, Digex President and CEO. Digex's common stock will instead be eligible for trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board. The bulletin board is a regulated quotation service that displays real-time quotes, last-sale prices, and volume information in over-the-counter equity securities. Digex's ticker symbol will remain "DIGX".
