📅 March 3, 2003 - Scotland-based colocation facility ScoLocate (ScoLocate.com -> pulsant.com) announced on Friday that it has launched a new managed service offering to coincide with the company's third anniversary.

Using enterprise systems management technologies, says ScoLocate, the company has developed the ability to provide a complex integrated managed service solution. Clients now have the opportunity to locate their infrastructure in a secure environment with proactive managed services across their LAN, WAN, hardware, operating systems and database run time environments. They can also choose to receive these services remotely.
"What better way to celebrate three years in the services market than with the launch of a new managed service capability?" says Malcolm Watson, the new managing director of ScoLocate. "We are all aware of the challenges that lie ahead. In the last three years we have built the reputation of being Scotland's premier colocation facility. We intend to do the same in the managed services (MSP) market."
