Feb 27, 2003 : MSPI Obtains $2 Million in Funding
📅 - Managed Service Partners International, MSPI (mspintl.com), a provider of remote network management and monitoring solutions, announced that it has successfully completed $2 million of funding with an investment from Starlight Technology Partners, LLC.
MSPI will use these funds to expand its current marketing and sales efforts and enhance its OpsWorks remote monitoring and management technology. "Remote IT monitoring and management is an increasingly compelling market, especially as companies look for ways to reduce IT infrastructure costs while maintaining existing levels of service," said Frank Wilde, Chairman of Starlight Technology Partners, LLC. "What's attractive about MSPI is that they have taken a unique approach. Rather than trying to become another proprietary IT management platform, MSPI has created OpsWorks as a remote, easily integrated, agentless solution. This makes OpsWorks a compelling option for service providers to market to their customers."
