Apr 2, 2003 : ILON Acquires Remarkable Hosting

📅 April 2, 2003 - Internet Labs of Nevada Inc. (ILON), a provider of reseller solutions to Web/Internet professionals, today announced the acquisition of Remarkable Hosting (remarkablehosting.com).

With the close of this transaction, ILON takes ownership of substantially all of the assets of Remarkable Hosting, including its current customer base and network infrastructure, for an undisclosed stock purchase.
All current members of the Remarkable Hosting staff become employees of ILON Hosting.
"Today, we start a new chapter with Internet Labs," said Matthew Feinberg, Founder and President of Remarkable Hosting and newly appointed Vice President of Operations for Internet Labs of Nevada. "We will now be able to expand our hosting operations and offer more to our customers." Remarkable Hosting will become and operate under the name ILON Hosting.
