Apr, 2003 : Internap Provides Network Service Management to Earthnet

📅 April 3, 2003 - Internap Network Services Corporation (internap.com -> inap.com), a provider of performance-based routing services over the Internet, recently announced that it has signed an agreement with Earthnet (earthnet.com), an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and data center in Boulder, CO, to provide Earthnet data and colocation customers with guaranteed high-speed connectivity to the Internet.

"Since its founding in 1994, Earthnet has acquired a reputation as a highly respected ISP," said Dave Abrahamson, chief marketing officer and vice president of sales for Internap. "We're pleased to help Earthnet as it continues to provide high-quality Internet solutions for its clients throughout the Denver area."
Earthnet currently offers Colorado business and residential Internet customers a variety of services including,web hosting; dial-up Internet access; high-speed Internet access (DSL. ISDN, T1's); and data center services including colocation, dedicated servers and managed hosting services.
Earthnet connects to Internap's Private Network Access Point (P-NAP) in Denver via Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) circuits, a method that allows Earthnet to deliver Internet service over long distances. The Denver P-NAP is one of 32 P-NAPs operated by Internap in North America, Europe and Japan.
