Jul, 2003 : Inflow Reports Growth, Planning Expansion
📅 - Inflow (inflow.com) announced today details of its continued growth and plans for increased staff and facility expansion.
Inflow reported that 141 new customers signed contracts in the first two quarters of the year, an 18 percent increase over the same six-month period last year. The total dollar value of these contracts was $10.2 million. This represented a 40 percent increase over the value of contracts signed in the second half of 2002.
The company said that it will be looking to double its sales force to accommodate the increase in customer demand. In addition, Inflow is seeking to acquire additional data center space in some of its current markets and is planning to begin expansion into new second-tier markets through acquisition.
?Companies are focusing more on their core competencies and finding that significantly more cost savings can be achieved through outsourcing data center and managed services functions,? said Art Zeile, chief executive officer for Inflow. ?As a result, Inflow has acquired a steadily increasing customer base and leading position in our industry.?
With headquarters in Thornton, Colorado, Inflow provides a wide range of facilities-based IT solutions to enterprise customers. Inflow currently serves more than 680 customers from its Internet data centers in 12 markets throughout the United States.
