😠 Most of the time you open a ticket for technical issues, customer service responds by sending a link to a FAQ page and tells you to make do. The customer service often responds quickly but many times it takes many hours to give an answer with serious inconvenience in case you have an ecommerce site hosted by A2. I have sites hosted on other servers where I pay less and work better. A2hosting is to be avoided
