😠 We have been down twice already in 6 months of production. You cannot call them. You may or may not have the option to chat with them. And the second time we were down they said it was because we had abusive content (we track trucks and cars). They wouldn't tell us what they thought was abusive, did not communicate that they were going to shut us down, and took 24 hours to restore the site.

😁 I was a little skeptical when I came acrosss this company. They have more features and space for extremely low prices than any other sql server hosting company. We are linux and mac shop, and do have clients with special needs running php/mssql. Our code and data is huge, after talking extensively with sales and support they offered to migrate all our sites for Free. I gave it a shot... I was in shock that they moved everything in a weekend, special configs the works... Still skeptical I gave them temp domain names... To my surprise the speed and control panels is off the chart... I can't believe these guys are not ranked the number one sql server hosting company. You'll be very happy with these guys..
