In general, I am happy with HostPlay offshore servers. I had one problem at renewal, but we were served well by customer support to resolve the issues. For the price, I pay for the amount of space I get it is a brilliant host. They truly care about your well being and are such nice people.

It is very hard to find a good and reliable hosting provider. Some web hosts offer a cheaper service, but their results are such that they can destroy your business. To everybody I know who has a website, I suggest they give Hostplay dedicated server hosting a try. They manage the renewals and most of the business from my account and they have managed it honourably. Keep up with the great job!

I've found Hostplay as a very good managed vps hosting provider with professional team. Whenever I wrote to the support it felt like I'm chat to a friend that answered immediately and solved my problem or question. They may be a few dollars more expensive, but certainly worth it.

Prices are amazing, yet this does not mean that they are poor quality. Hostplay offers 24/7 support and when I moved to them, they moved all of my websites to their server for free and within hours of signing up. Well, it is probably the best offshore web host I have used so far.

About billing: I put everything on auto renewal as last time I forgotten to renew domain name in time and web site was not working properly due to that. I was looking for good Sweden VPS host and found Hostplay. I like their pricing - that's why I decided to use their hosting service. I run a small online business and I've had hosting with hostplay.com for a couple of months now. I haven't had that many issues with them - my site is up and running and they seem to do a good work uptime-wise. I haven't been in contact with the support team all too many times but they have done a good job the few times I had to call them.

All in all a quality web host.
Brilliant, efficient and friendly service, immediate response to e-mail and professional support. Highly recommended!
