😠 completely non-responsive
I was given a site to work on that had been registered and hosted here. I have received one single reply to about a dozen requests for info or support. I have tried to change my name servers on their control panel, which confirmed we had completed the request, and nothing changed a week later. I now have a site I have built that is doing nothing because I cant point the domain name to it. Its almost like no one works there.

This is the WORST customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED from a host/registrar.
