😁 20 years of use spanning shell account, adding hosting and DBs over the years for personal email and a few small business/not-for-profit websites. Exemplary, personal service with tech gurus able to solve technical issues. The price point value is incredible too considering the fine grained control of services via the clean and intuitive web interface and shell access.

😁 I have hosted four static+PHP websites and managed email with Mythic Beasts for over a year with their "Web and email hosting" package, and have recently upgraded to a managed VPS. Their prices are fair and clearly laid out, the services themselves have been faultless, and the customer support has been fast and expertly handled. Their control panel is easy to use, while allowing you to do what you want if you know what you're doing. Highly recommend!

😁 Excellent company. Have been with several 'big' companies over the years, but always encountered problems at some point. I was a bit hesitant to sign up with Mythic Beasts because their userface isn't as easy as I'm used to, but I'm so glad I did. Turns out I don't really need to log into their site a lot anyway, because everything runs smoothly. No downtime, and whenever I do have a question, they answer quickly. I would really recommend them.

We've been continuously hosted with Mythic since April 2006 on their colocated Mac Mini service. Their provision of service has been exemplary for the duration, and their technical support extremely knowledgeable and helpful on the rare occasions we've needed to use it. Couldn't be happier!

The level of customer support is astounding compared to what I’ve experienced with the ‘big brands’. These folks have been genuinely helpful at not only fixing my calamitous errors, but helpfully explaining and offering advice.
The pricing is good too. I’m mostly using personal email and also need a presence for a small side-line business I have. I’m genuinely pleased :•)

😁 My company has been using Mythic Beasts since 2006 for hosting including operating system support. It's fair to say they've been a key part in our success. We started small (just a single Mac Mini originally!) and now have around 40 servers with them. As we've grown they've proven their worth time and time again. The Mythic team are industry experts and when it comes to networking and Linux I've never felt a need to look anywhere else for advice. A fantastic group of people who will feel like an extension of your own business - highly recommended.

Their personal and tailored approach is not always the cheapest but in terms of value for money it is the best there is. They have a knowledge and passion for hosting and system administration that really shines through in their service and they are always on hand to help with even the most inane questions.

😁 I have used Mythic Beasts to host my website with a combination of information delivery, on demand database searches and eCommerce for about 12 years and always get great service. I can't recall my site being down due to a server error and the few support tickets are responded to in quick order. Any issue I've had has been resolved pretty smartish. Mythic Beasts techies are on the ball and have also given sound advice when migrating our back office hosted internally to ensure it talked to the external public facing frontend hosted by Mythic Beasts. They have also assisted us with security improvements. In summary, very knowledgeable people willing to help and overall jolly nice chaps.

I've used many hosting support companies on client's behalf but if asked for an opinion I would always suggest Mythic. That way I know I won't have any problems. 😁 Migrated all my hosting over to Mythic Beasts based on recommendations from other customers, when other providers increased prices and dropped services, or I just got tired of running things myself. Currently have domain registration, DNS, mail and shell hosting with them. Zero problems over the years I have been with them and support is top-notch. It is extremely refreshing to have your support request answered quickly by someone who a) isn't reading from a script, b) clearly knows what they are doing and c) understands that I also know what I am talking about. I only hope that they can maintain that level of genuinely *technical* support as they grow.

😁 I've been hosted by Mythic Beasts for 5 problem-free years, currently on their Web 25 plan. They have been responsive to queries - they even sorted out a certificate problem I had because of my anti-virus software. They provide lots of simple-to-use services, including one-click website encryption, simple dynamic DNS, automated wordpress installation, at least one free MySQL database per hosting account, and much more. They even offer a discount if you can prove that you know what you're doing too!

😁 I have been using Pete and team at Mythic Beasts for over 10 years to host a personal dedicated server, domain registrar, name server and mail relay services, etc, as well as using them at work and with volunteer projects for more complicated setups as well. They are real "geek's geeks" and are very happy to get their teeth in to technical problems, or to quietly get on with running things for you if you prefer a professional and fully managed service. They are prompt at responding, generous with their time in resolving issues, flexible at how to solve your problems, and entirely reasonably priced with clear and predictable fees.

😠 I'm going to have to spend days of my life migrating to another host because they decided, unilaterally, to cancel a service that I paid for a year in advance. Just awful. Avoid like the plague.
🗨 We are upgrading our hosting platform from container-based OpenVZ hosting to full virtualisation using KVM, which represents a substantial upgrade at no extra cost to the customer. Unfortunately, this customer's server was running Ubuntu 11.10 which reached end of life in 2013 and the customer has not applied any updates, including security updates, for eight years.
Unfortunately, due to the age of the operating system, we were unable to automatically migrate this OS and the customer declined a free two month overlap to enable him to migrate manually. We have refunded the advance payment so only used time has been charged.
